	Why does my cap have a wreath with the number ten on it?		Some of our cap slogans will have a wreath with a ten in the middle to commemorate SoBe's 10 year anniversary. The slogan listed under the wreath with a ten classifies as one of our 10 most popular slogans determined from an online voting done by our consumers.

	How does the company distribute its products?		SoBe markets and sells its beverages through the combined efforts of Pepsi-Cola bottlers and independent distributors.

	Are the drinks pasteurized?		Of course!

	How many under the cap slogans are there?		There are currently over 200 different cap slogans in production now, so keep searching!

	How can I tell what flavor the drink is?		Good question. We finally listened to you and put the flavor of the beverage on all of the front and back labels, excluding the 3G Teas. If you purchase one that doesn't list it, don't worry, it's just some of our older stock. You'll see the new labels soon. Thanks for the suggestion!

	Is it possible to get the actual bottle label as a sticker?		As of right now, unfortunately no. The labels that we use for our bottles come in giant production rolls that fit special labeling machines and just are too hard to handle. Maybe someday we can make some that you could get through our web site.

	How do I know if there is caffeine in the drinks?		You can tell if there is any added caffeine by reading the ingredient statement on the back label of any SoBe product. All of our teas also contain caffeine that is naturally derived from the tea leaves.

	Do any of the SoBe Leans contain caffeine?		SoBe Lean Energy does contain caffeine. SoBe Lean Peach Tea and Lean Diet Green Tea both contain natural caffeine from the tea leaves. All of the other SoBe Lean products are caffeine free.

	What flavors have been discontinued?		We have discontinued SoBe Drive, SoBe Essentials, Edge, Eros, Red Tea, Orange-Tomato, Strawberry Carrot Elixir, Karma, Wisdom and Lean Orange Carrot. Sorry, but we need to make room for our new flavors! And who knows, some of them may even come back in the future. Stranger things have happened here.

	Hey SoBe man! Why don't you make a six-pack of SoBe bottles?		Hey Lizard Lover, we just came out with a 4 pack of SoBe bottles in our more popular flavors. We also currently make 12 pack variety cases, usually sold at wholesale clubs (BJ's & Costco). Stay tuned.

	Will you be offering a line of sugar-free or sugar reduced SoBe drinks?		Yes, we actually do right now. The product is called SoBe Lean, it's sugar-free and you can find out more about it in the product section of our website. It's available wherever our regular line of SoBe is sold.

	Why don't we make SoBe in plastic bottles?		Great idea! We now produce SoBe Synergy in a can which is 11.5 oz. with 50% real juice. They're great for the beach, school, or anywhere else glass isn't always the best idea. A great alternative to glass bottles, while still allowing you to enjoy the delicious SoBe flavors.

	I'd like to know if I could have SoBe delivered to my house or order directly?		We can't deliver SoBe to your house because our independent co-packers sell it to distributors who in turn, sell it to retailers. However, a lot of times your local store manager will set up a special order for you, all you need to do is ask. Give this a try and keep drinking SoBe.

	Can you tell me how to pronounce SoBe?		SoBe is pronounced so-bee. (as in bumble)

	Tight caps?		All SoBe caps are double sealed to protect the freshness of our all-natural beverages. While this did work well most of the time, the cappers in our production facilities sometimes added a little extra torque which caused an occasional cap to act like it was cemented on the bottle. We have now begun producing a bottle with a new glass fixture and a newly designed cap to keep the drinks extra fresh, but don't require a sledgehammer to open. Our goal is to have you draining the lizard, not fighting with it, so you can be assured that we are and continue to work on making the best possible products.

	How was SoBe Beverages started?		SoBe was started in 1996 by four partners who were into health and fitness as a way of life. The first product that was introduced was SoBe Black Tea 3G with Ginseng, Ginkgo and Guarana. Due to the overwhelming response, we immediately introduced SoBe Green Tea, SoBe Oolong Tea, SoBe Orange Carrot Elixir, SoBe Cranberry Grapefruit Elixir and SoBe Energy. These products started the SoBe healthy refreshment revolution and now serve as the foundation for future brand development.

	Is SoBe available internationally?		Yes, and we keep expanding! Our SoBe base brand can be drained in the following countries Antigua, Aruba, Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. SoBe Adrenaline Rush can be found in Europe (Czech Republic, Greece, Poland, Russia, Slovak Republic, and Spain), Mexico and Latin America (Aruba, Bahamas, Bermuda, Costa Rica, Curacao, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Peru, and US Virgin Islands).

	What are the transparent flecks in the teas?		They are tea solids from the tea leaves, which are part of the ingredients in all of our teas. Give the bottle a good shake and they should dilute. Drain the tea lizard!

	What sweetener is used in SoBe Leans?		We use a blend of Sucralose, which is an FDA approved sweetener that is made from sugar, but your body does not recognize it as sugar, and Ace-K, a Potassium based sweetener that is calorie free and 200 times sweeter than sugar.

	Are the Leans safe for diabetics?		SoBe Leans are a great choice for diabetics, so drink up! All Lean flavors are sugar free. Sweetened with a blend of sucralose and ACE-K, the Lean line appeals to all health-conscious consumers who want to avoid sugar. But if you have any concerns please contact your physician.

	I'm having a hard time finding SoBe Lean? Where is the best place to find them?		SoBe Lean drinks are available everywhere our regular line is, however we realize that sometimes you may still have a hard time finding them. If you don't see them in a store that sells SoBe, ask the manager to start carrying them.

	Are we coming out with any new SoBe Lean flavors?		We are always working on new flavors. If you have any suggestions, please let us know. Your input is always important to us.

	Where can I purchase SoBe Lean by the case?		You can find variety packs of SoBe Lean at price clubs such as BJ's, Sam's Club and Costco. Once again, if you don't see them being sold by the case at your local stores, ask the manager to start carrying them or give us a call and we'll pass it on to your local sales representative.

	What is the shelf-life of the SoBe Lean Products?		None of our drinks have a designated shelf-life, but we recommend that the Leans are consumed within 6 months of production to ensure the best flavor and color. If you're not sure when your drink was packaged or remember when you bought it, feel free to give us a call so that we can explain the production code to you. You can also check the best drink by date located on the neck of the bottles.
